I'm a photographer based in Austin, TX. I specialize in capturing you, your whole self, just as you are. Whether this is your first photoshoot or your hundredth, you can expect to feel comfortable and encouraged throughout your session.
My approach to photography is to provide some guidance and allow my subject's personality to come through. Genuine emotion and candid moments reveal our authentic selves.
I understand the importance of capturing your memories and strive to create a personalized and tailored session for each of my clients.

George is 4 going on 40. Ever since Frankie was brought into his life a year and a half ago, he has transformed into a grumpy old man. His hobbies include whining for pets, running in circles at the park, and dutifully alerting the household of any movement within a 10 yard radius.
Frankie is a cuddly loaf with the attention span of a squirrel. She was named after Lily Tomlin’s character in Grace and Frankie. Her hobbies include chasing the elusive red dot, digging holes, and squaring off with the neighbor’s dog.

I got my senior pictures taken by Komal this last spring and I could not have had a better experience! She sat down with me before the shoot and helped come up with the best plan to fit all of my desired locations during my time slot. I also requested to take pictures with my family and Komal was very accommodating. She did a great job helping me pose, look natural in pictures, editing, and sending the completed portfolio in a timely manner. Komal is a wonderful photographer, in fact, probably the best UT graduation photographer in Austin. Her process is impeccable. She met with us prior to the session to help us prepare for the big day. The day of, she was patient with my daughter (and our puppy), and encouraged them throughout. The final product resulted in the most breathtaking photos. I booked a photoshoot for my birthday with Komal and I had an amazing experience. I had a lot of ideas, and she was able to help my vision come to life. I was a little nervous about the shoot because it’s different than anything I’ve ever done before, but she did a great job at guiding me. We had a lot of rescheduling that had to be done due to weather and the pandemic. Despite this, Komal still met the deadline I needed for my photos. I would 100% recommend her if you are looking for any type of professional photos!
